Star Bulk announces availability of its 2018 annual report
Star Bulk Carriers Corp., a global shipping company focusing on the transportation of dry bulk cargoes, has announced that the company’s annual report on Form 20-F
The report contains the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2018, was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 21 March 2019.
