Top 10 ship owning nations

Vessels Value has put together the top 10 ship owning nations by fleet value in 2017. Senior Analyst William Bennett provided comments on the changes that have occurred over the last 12 months

Please note the country total includes offshore vessels as well as blue sea ship types (container, tanker, bulker and gas vessels).
