Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (Star Bulk), a global shipping company focusing on the transportation of dry bulk cargoes announced yesterday that the company and entities affiliated with E.R. Capital Holding GmbH & Cie. KG (E.R. or Sellers), mutually waived their respective Call and Put Options relating to the four optional operating dry bulk vessels (the Step 2 Vessels) (the Step 2 Acquisition), as previously disclosed in the press release issued on 29 August 2018.
